As Boss Beti’s full-stack marketer, I don’t just look at one aspect of marketing. I think holistically—about community, culture, content, tech, and tools. In a world where identity, wellness, and hustle culture intersect, we’re not here to be another aesthetic Instagram page. We’re here to build a movement.

And for that, I need the right tools to fuel every layer of our growth funnel—from awareness to loyalty. Here’s what’s in my marketing stack and why each tool matters for a brand like Boss Beti.

Let’s be honest—without systems, you burn out. I use Notion to map our content calendar, launch timelines, and brand rituals. For collaborative mapping and big-picture thinking (like mapping out brand personas or user journeys), Miro is my go-to.

To understand our audience’s pain points—mental health struggles, identity crisis, burnout, or career blocks—I turn to AnswerThePublic or AlsoAsked. These tools help me build content that doesn’t feel preachy—it feels personal.


🎨 2. Branding & Creative Stack

Boss Beti isn’t a one-size-fits-all brand. It’s bold, soft, smart, emotional—all at once. I use Canva Pro to bring our aesthetic to life—especially for carousel posts, story templates, and downloadable resources.

When I need something sharper for Reels or TikToks (because let’s face it, Gen Z doesn’t wait), CapCut and Adobe Express are magic. They help me edit quick, snappy videos without needing a full production team. Bonus: I use Looka and BrandBird when I want polished brand visuals or mockups on the fly.


📲 3. Social Media & Community Building

We’re on a mission to build trust—not just chase likes. Tools like Metricool and Later help me schedule, optimize, and track our social performance across platforms like Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and even Threads.

For community intimacy, I’ve experimented with Broadcast Channels, where I can drop voice notes, behind-the-scenes content, and updates without being drowned in the feed. For deeper engagement, Circle.so or Geneva are on my radar to eventually host exclusive spaces for our betis.

Data doesn’t lie. I check Google Analytics 4 to understand which blogs or landing pages resonate most. I layer that with Hotjar—watching visitor behavior is a game-changer. You literally see what clicks and what confuses.

For content optimization? I run posts through SurferSEO and Ubersuggest. Our blog isn’t just a passion project—it’s a searchable archive of healing, identity, and empowerment.

I don’t believe in hustle burnout. I believe in working smart. ChatGPT and Notion AI help me create first drafts of newsletters, blog intros, or even niche hashtags.

With Zapier, I connect everything—from new email signups triggering Slack alerts to lead tagging in our CRM. That means less time doing admin and more time creating.

And yes, I’m exploring Manychat for Insta DMs. Imagine automating replies to “beti bundles,” journaling freebies, or launch updates without sounding like a robot? Yes, please.


🛍️ 7. Digital Products & Sales

We’re leaning into the creator economy. I use Stan Store and Gumroad to sell low-lift, high-value products like templates, digital affirmations, and brand kits for Desi women trying to show up online.

We’re not just selling products. We’re offering tools of transformation—for confidence, clarity, and career growth.


🌐 8. PR, Collabs & Influencer Strategy

I keep one tab open for Qwoted and HARO—because being quoted in mental health, branding, or Desi Gen Z spaces is part of our long-game visibility.

Influencer marketing? It’s on my radar using tools like Collabstr and Affistash, especially as we scale. But I don’t chase follower counts—I care about alignment.
