Working in a competitive industry, criticism and self-doubt are inevitable. I’ve definitely had my fair share of both. But over time, I’ve developed some strategies that help me navigate these challenges and keep moving forward. Here’s what works for me:

1. Recognizing the Source: I learned that not all criticism is created equal.
