They lean on the tagline “Desi Creativity, Global Impact,” which feels more like a buzzline than a differentiated promise. It doesn’t convey a problem they solve or benefit they deliver.

Fix: Move from broad branding fluff to clarity—e.g., “We help Noida startups drive leads using culturally-resonant Google & social campaigns.”


2. Targeting: MSMEs is Too Vague

“Customized for MSMEs” covers everyone from street vendors to tech startups—too broad to target effectively.

Fix: Zoom in on a profitable sub‑niche like “Desi boutique retailers who want online sales” or “coaching startups ready to scale locally.” Deep specialization = higher credibility.


3. Service Overload

They offer socials, ads, branding, lead gen. That’s great—but it’s unclear what they do best. When you say “everything,” you often signal “nothing.”

Fix: Feature one flagship service (e.g., Desi-styled FB/Instagram ads) as your entry point, then cross-sell branding or strategic audits.


4. Proof Is Weak

Testimonials appear like generic template copy (“Highly recommended!”). No metrics, no real story. Trust doesn’t build from bland praise.

5. Visual Identity = Cookie Cutter

The brand aesthetic feels templated and uninspired—looks like a popular website-builder theme.

Fix: Adopt stronger brand cues: consistent Desi color palette, South Asian typography, unique patterns, bold visuals that don’t mimic stock agency pages.


6. Content & SEO: Not Working Hard Enough

No visible blog or resources, no lead magnets. They rely on “Learn More” buttons. That’s not scalable.
